2. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refund Process:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
